The absolute worst!!! Purchased a $250.00 GC in store at Carlsbad location, the gift card was used across the country (clearly an inside job).
Called 4x and was denied a new gift card, stating it had already been used!! We are all told there is fraud when purchasing cards at a grocery store; apparently, the fraud is coming from inside of their own company.
If you want athletic clothes, shop Lululemon or Vuori. Customer service gives you the runaround; management doesn't care.

Verified Reviewer |Scam company. I bought e gift cards 3 times and all 4 times the money was withdrawn from my account. 500, 500, and 250. For each purchase, the E gift card was never delivered to the intended party
They now hold $1,250 of mine, and then after a short period of time, I get emails stating that they have canceled my order. The money is out of my bank account, and they say I need to wait 5 to 7 days for that money to be credited back to my account.
I go to the online website for support, and I talked to a chatbot who then says they're gonna connect me to a live agent, and the connection never occurs.
I waited almost 45 minutes, and never did I find a person to talk to. The customer service line does not take your call, and at the end of the day, I have three people that did not receive their holiday gifts from me because of the failures of this company and its scamming management of my money, which they technically are holding in their bank account until the transfer back.

don’t stop trying they will pertend to give u refund and never do
Louis and Red said I would be getting a refund days ago. Two guys from ALO customer service are still waiting, but glad I have proof and help from them to make sure I get my refund and contact the bank as well, that I lost my package and UPS sent it to the wrong house.

i have talked to over 10 employees from alo customer service everyday for the past 3 weeks and all workers said i would get my refund for this lost package and my bank reversed the dispute charge so alo can give me my full refund and the man i just talked to on the phone brian was so rude he gave me no information at all! He said they cant do anything after there the ones who told me to have my bank dispute the charge so they can send me the refund back

I hope youre doing well. Im reaching out regarding my order #2584****.
According to the tracking information, the package shows as delivered on September 5th, but I was out of the country due to family matters and only recently returned.
After checking with everyone at home and reviewing security cameras, the package never arrived.
Since I wasnt here to receive it, I only discovered the issue now.

Hugo and Maria are the so called assistant managers at ALO Manhattan Beach yet they are not capable of handling simple cashier tasks like returns! Hugo incorrectly handled my returns and it didnt register in the system yet Hugo claimed he never makes a mistake .
He refused to print out the receipt of actual returned items and the refund amount saying I can look it up and calculate it myself. His error resulted in my refund not processed. I had to deal with customer service which had me by phone for over 2 hours and none of them can help with issue which was so simple! All the upset and stress caused by Hugos inability to do his job correctly.
Maria was the same rude assistant manager who refused to help! I need ALO HR and Corporate to counsel or provide training to both Hugo and Maria at Alo Manhattan beach of proper return handling, fix their error, be accountable, and above all provide proper customer service!

Bad luck. I placed an online order for pickup in store. Got it home and say the seam was ripped.
