I ordered two sets of outfits for my granddaughters for Christmas. This was a one time deal I will not be ordering from aloe again although my granddaughters love the product.
I do not wish and will not be ordering from this company again I do not want to receive text nor do I want to receive emails. Please remove me from all lists. I have deleted and reported junk multiple times to no avail.

Terrible
I bought sweatpants and a hoodie for my husband for his birthday after one wash both items was unwearable and quality that I never experienced from alo poor and disappointing .I don't know if that some defected pants or is just the quality of fabric Alo using now I wish I could return it but I already washed them and I don't have price tags sweatpants are garbage quality shame of ALo I need my $$ back.

This is unfortunate for Alo not to give me my Pro status back as I was just in Niseko, Japan taking yoga classes. Several of the student's on different days liked what I was wearing and commented. These student's were unfamiliar to the brand. Next week I will be doing yoga in Costa Rica for a week wearing/leading.

First time last time
I would give 0 stars for this terrible company but I can't post a review without selecting 1 star. Alo Yoga is undoubtedly the worst company I've ever dealt with, and FYI, the quality of the materials/product is average at best.
I ordered 5 items online, 2 pants and 3 *** bags. I received all but one pair of pants which I later found out was out-of-stock. When I called CS to make sure I wasn't charged for the missing item, they told me they would issue a refund. What they did instead was charge me for a pair of pants then immediately issued a credit, claiming they credited my card back.
This is when everything gets crazy...
Confused, and actually disappointed with the size of the *** bag and the quality of the pants, I decided to return the entire order. Initiating the return online wasn't straight-forward and would not generate a shipping label. So I called CS again and the response was to take a picture of the items in the box along with the invoice and email it back to them. This made no sense, but I did it anyway and received a shipping label. The CS rep then told me that I would receive a refund once the items were received by the warehouse, but that the refund amount would be less due to taxes/duties. HUH? Well that nonsense was quickly resolved and I insisted on an email stating that I would receive the FULL amount.
At this point I knew there would be issues with my credit amount, but it increasingly got worse. The warehouse claimed that I didn't return one of the *** bags, which is completely untrue. I wish I could insert a picture of the email/return invoice because there were numerous arbitrary numbers for taxes, incorrect cost of the items/goods, etc.--even including the amount for the pants that was charged and credited back. The amount of the credit issued was at least 40% less than what I was owed.
This is fraud, plain and simple. Now I am disputing the refund amount with my credit card company combing through the details but confused by the numbers because the company is dishonest and terrible at ALL levels/departments. Buyers beware and read the other reviews. This is the first and last time I will ever consider buying from Alo.
I didn't intend to write a review, but since I've been forced to revisit this total nightmare and all that transpired just to get my initial money back, the words just flowed easily. I hope others won't have to go through half of what I've been through. This is 2025, find another option.

I purchased items from Alo Yoga. Some items did not fit, and I used their 'instant exchange', which was a big mistake, because they incorrectly charged me.
Then, I needed to send almost everything back, in three separate shipments. One of the shipments was lost by UPS; in the end, I never received the appropriate credits and was charged $445 for merchandise I do not have. Alo is unreachable, and I am not having success with Amex, which is unusual in disputing the charge.
Alo is awful. I will never purchase from them again.

They have lost two of my packages
Lost my first package and were of no help. Was never going to order from them again but my boyfriend loves their clothes so I ordered him something for Valentines Day.
Paid for 2 day shipping. 10 days later package has not arrived and no updates. No one answers the phone.
No one responds to emails. Terrible company to deal with.

They have the worst customer service I have ever received. I reached out because of an item missing in the box I received.
I called it grey. They call it anthracite (a dark grey). The guy responds with there is no grey in the order. If he had even bothered looking.
He would have seen that anthracite is a charcoal gray. Incredibly disappointing for the price of these items that their customer service is so bad.

Horrible. I’m a yoga teacher and I am totally not impressed.
There was a purchase with the discount first buyer to exchange items for the right size of the store didnt have the size nor did. The size was available online instead, which I did but they would not honor that discount as being a new time buyer. Plus the store manager at Beach Garden store was not very nice at all..
